Well, how has your day been? Mine has been very busy but also very tiring. Already looking forward to the weekend!
Today’s card was done as a bit of an experiment. Firstly I stamped the Flowering Flourishes with versamark ink and embossed using my white embossing powder. Once it had cooled down I randomly sponged on the primrose petal ink. I then splashed the card with a little bit of water and dabbed all over with a piece of kitchen paper. I made sure that I removed the ink from the embossed flower with a tissue then dried it all with a blast of the heat gun. I then stamped the butterflies from the Papillion Potpourri stamp set and greeting from the Friendly Phrases stamp set. I am really quite pleased with this one being though it was an “experiment”.
