How to create a landscape fun fold card

Hi there, today I am sharing with you how to create a landscape fun fold card. I hope that you will give it a try as it very easy.

I really love the simplicity of this card, I love everything about it!

Cardstock – Basic White Thick, Magenta Madness, Daffodil Delight, Vellum
Ink pads – Magenta Madness
Stampin’ Blends – Magenta Madness, Daffodil Delight
Dies – Pierced Blooms
Stamp Set – Art Gallery
Trim: Simply Elegant
Rhinestones

Instructions on how to create a landscape fun fold card

Place your basic white thick card stock into your cutter, with the shorter side to the top and cut down at 10.5cm, turn your card and score at 14.8cm.
Open out your card, with the shorter side of the card across the top of your cutter. Cut down at 5cm making sure that you only cut to the centre score line.
Turn your card and cut this flap off from the centre fold. This will leave you with a flap at the bottom of your base card which should measure 5.5cm.

Decorating your card

Choose your background paper, mine was one that I created myself by using the alcohol & Stampin’ blends technique (video available here). Cut a piece of your paper to measure 10cm x 14.3cm and adhere to the inside of your card.
Cut your Magenta Madness card stock to measure 5cm x 14.3cm. Adhere this flat, onto the front flap.
Die cut your flowers from Pierced Blooms Dies and adhere to the front flap – placement is absolutely your choice
Using the Pierced Blooms die, cut a label for your sentiment.
With your Magenta Madness ink pad, ink up your sentiment which was from the Art Gallery stamp set. Adhere your label using dimensionals.
Use the Rhinestones to decorate.

Alternative colour way

The vellum was cut from the same piece as the card above. The only difference with this card is that I placed a piece of Daffodil delight beneath it. It looks totally different doesn’t it?
