Hi, my name is Jan.  I am a wife and mother to three children, 2 boys and 1 girl and 5 lovely grandchildren 4 girls and 1 boy!   I live in the coastal town of Hastings in East Sussex, UK.

My passion is crafting.   I absolutely love teaching how to make cards and crafts and I hold classes regularly every month.

My crafting journey started about 20 years ago when I first saw a craft programme on a TV craft channel.  I was hooked!   My craft area started out as a few drawers in my desk and an overhead cupboard but I quickly ran out of space for all my crafting products.  I now have a purpose built Studio, and a craft room in my home!!  How lucky am I ?!

In 2005 I used to love having craft get togethers once a week in my garage, which gave me the idea of wanting to share and teach others “how to” but was never really in a position to do so as I worked full time and had a lot of family living at home.

I was first introduced to Stampin’Up!  In 2011/2012 and became a demonstrator, enjoying the benefits, especially the discounts!    I loved the fact that I could buy cardstock, papers, colouring pens, ink pads, etc and they all matched perfectly!  

Since joining there were a few life changes to deal with so I landed up dropping as a demonstrator a couple of times and re-joined Stampin’Up! In May 2019. 

I have always enjoyed sharing my crafts with others and decided that I would start teaching, so in early 2018  I hired a local Church Hall and started my classes.

Now, I am lucky enough to have had a purpose built Studio to hold my classes in and I love it!   

Having just been made redundant, I hope to continue with my classes and so much more!!
